Thank you for shopping with Quadcydle.com. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as “final sale”

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards and digital products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@quadcydle.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to package your return.

  3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

  4. Affix the provided shipping label clearly on the package.

  5. Drop off your parcel at the nearest designated shipping center.

Please note that returns sent back without prior approval or without following the above steps may not be accepted or processed.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account based on your bank or credit card provider’s processing times.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the above process and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately at returns@quadcydle.com. Provide clear photographs of the product issue along with your order details. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Quadcydle.com covers return shipping costs only in cases of defective products, incorrect orders, or errors made by us. For all other returns initiated by customers due to personal preference or other reasons, a nominal return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
